About Lucy Lambert
Founder of The Abundance Evolution
Author. Teacher. Advocate. Healer.
A Journey of Resilience and Redirection
In 2017, Lucy’s life changed. Years of stress, illness, and emotional burnout had built up until her body said “enough.” With constant fatigue, high cortisol levels, and unexplained health crashes, she found herself running on empty, desperately trying to keep up with the demands of motherhood and life.
Doctors dismissed her symptoms. Standard advice didn’t work. Deep down, Lucy knew there had to be another way, and she was determined to find it.
Taking Back Her Health And Her Power
Lucy began to explore holistic health, digging into the link between emotional trauma, environmental stressors, and the nervous system. She researched everything from adrenal fatigue to water quality, from emotional release work to nervous system regulation. She tested things most people never talk about. And slowly, she began to heal, not just physically, but emotionally and energetically too.
This journey eventually led her to become a certified HeartHealing® practitioner, as well as a passionate advocate for conscious, holistic living. It also became the foundation for The Abundance Evolution, a space to share what actually helped, and to support others navigating their own path.

A Teacher and Mother Who Gets It
Lucy brings more than personal experience to the table. She’s also a qualified teacher with over 20 years of classroom experience and a mum of three, two of whom have disabilities. She’s walked the path of advocating for children in and outside of the school system, even winning a tribunal to secure 1:1 independent school placement for her own child.
Through her tutoring business, Lucy supports children who are out of school and parents navigating the SEND system, especially those who feel like the mainstream isn’t built for their child.

Creating the Tools She Needed
Lucy is the author of two best-selling personal development workbooks for young people: Self-Love Workbook for Teen Girls Growth Mindset for Teens These workbooks have now evolved into fully resourced, PSHE-aligned curriculums and online courses built for both schools and families. Her goal? To nurture emotional resilience and confidence in children and teens before things reach a crisis point.
“I believe every child deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated. That starts with giving the adults around them better tools—and helping them heal, too.”

The Values that have built my business
Lived Experience Matters
I don’t teach or share anything I haven’t walked through myself. Everything I create comes from a place of real understanding, not theory.
Healing Isn’t Linear
Progress can be messy—and that’s okay. Whether you’re a parent, a teacher, or just trying to feel better, I believe in meeting you where you are.
Environment Shapes Everything
From the water we drink to the emotional energy we hold, our environment plays a powerful role in our health. Awareness is the first step toward change.
Emotional Literacy Is Power
When children understand their emotions, they become more confident, resilient, and self-aware. That foundation can change the course of their lives.
Every Child Deserves to Be Seen
I believe every child—especially the ones who don’t quite “fit the mould”—deserves to be supported, celebrated, and truly understood.
